(More customer reviews)i bought this item because of the picture.when it came it was nothing like the picture. i didnt want a deep waffle iron i wanted one of the thinner ones.the company i bought it from said they are not responsible for the picture that was placed with the site.the description tells nothing about it accept it is a waffle iron.when i called the company they said to ship it back if i wanted a refund but it cost as much to ship it back as it did for the product.i would not buy from this company again.. amazon is fine but the individual company... no.
