(More customer reviews)I've owned this waffle maker for about 4 years and I use it almost weekly.I've enjoyed it very much and always had good results until recently.I've always used the top heat setting - 7 - for crispy exteriors, but it's become too hot and burns the non-stick spray I use to prep the surface.The timer has also stopped working, making doneness a guessing game.I still give the product 4 stars becuase it did perform like a pro for 4 years.
